Terms of use
By using Amsterdam Cannabis Guide you accept these terms.
What this site is
An independent guide to coffeeshops in Amsterdam, published by Yuval Shitrit. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or paid by any coffeeshop. We sell nothing: no orders, no bookings, no delivery, no payments.
Information, not advice
Everything here is information, not medical, legal or travel advice. Laws about cannabis differ from country to country, and what is tolerated in Amsterdam may be an offence elsewhere.
Coffeeshops in the Netherlands sell to adults aged 18 and over and ask for identification. If you are under 18, this site is not for you.
Accuracy
We show when each fact was seen. We do not promise it is still true: menus, prices and opening hours change without notice, and a shop may close, move or lose its permit. Check with the shop before relying on anything here. Nothing on this site is an offer, a reservation or a guarantee of availability.
We correct mistakes when we learn of them: write to hello@amsterdamcannabisguide.com.
Using our content
You may read, link to and share pages freely, and quote small parts with a link back. You may not copy the collection of data systematically, for example by automated scraping or by republishing our database.
Parts of the site rest on other people's work: the map uses data from OpenStreetMap contributors, credited on the map itself, and photographs, when there are any, carry the licences named beside them.
If you run a listed shop
If something is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. If you would rather not be listed at all, write to us and we will discuss it.
Availability
The site may be unavailable, may change and may be discontinued. We do not guarantee uptime.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of information here, or for loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel, and disputes go to the courts of Israel. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protections of your own country's law.
